4 Ways to Create More Money In Search Engine Traffic

The primary way to increase your profit for your online business is to increase traffic to your website. But not just any traffic, you want to make sure you attract real, lucrative search engine traffic to your website in order to create more money and make more profit. Here are five ways that can help you attract lucrative search engine traffic to your website:

1 Use an SEO. An SEO is a search engine optimizer that specializes in getting your site a high as possible priority rating on search engines so that internet users who are searching for your area of business will find your site more quickly and more frequently.

2 Use Pay-per-click advertising. Pay-per-click advertising, or Ppc, can help attract lucrative search engine traffic to your website by adding advertisement banners to search engine result pages that direct people to your site. The best part of these is that you only pay them for every time someone clicks the link to be directed to your site, meaning that you only pay for real lucrative search engine traffic.

3 Self-advertise in forums. Search for discussion forums that specialize in a topic related to your specific area of expertise or business, and then get on and start posting. It is simple enough to advertise yourself by just posting some relevant information or advice, and then leaving your email address and a link to your website at the bottom of your post. You would be surprised how many people will be directed to your site from forums, especially if you post in a few dozen. You can also usually post in most forums at no cost to you.

4 Set up and maintain a Blog. Perhaps you have heard of the growing trend of internet “blogging”. It essentially involves a periodical post of information related to whatever topic the Blog involves that is updated each day, week, or month. Maintaining your own Blog can increase traffic to your site, make your website more interesting, and help advertise your company and your products or services.

All these things can help greatly increase lucrative search engine traffic and make your website more profitable at a low cost to you.

Learning to Love the Psychic Gift that God Gave You

Many people try to back away from their natural born psychic abilities in fear that God may become angry with them. It’s important to understand that a psychic gift can bring you many spiritual blessings. Some people don’t realize how important it is to use their psychic gift. It’s important to use because so many people in the world that we live in today need help through the eyes of a psychic. Many psychics are afraid to use their gifts. Most people that are psychic do not become professional psychics for a living because it’s scary to give psychic readings to people. Many people fear giving a psychic reading because they are afraid that what they are seeing is not really the situation that their clients are experiencing. A true psychic always tells what they are seeing.

Someone that deals with fear should not attempt to do a psychic reading right away. First you should calm your fears by doing some prayer and meditation. When you have finally seen for yourself that you want to help others, then you can easily step into the meditative state of performing psychic readings. It’s always important to open your eyes and your ears to what a psychic intuition may sound like. Many psychics don’t understand or even know what they are stepping into before they have actually stepped into a situation that helps them to become or be more psychic. The psychic hotline is full of people just wanting to understand themselves better and there is nothing wrong with that. The psychic hotline is a line that allows people to connect with answers and for a time, it can put you in the right direction.

You should never depend on a psychic more then you depend upon God because a psychic can have only limited ability from what God knows. We should only consult a psychic when we feel that we have prayed and asked God for direction and for some reason, he lead us to another person that was able to open up our eyes. We should never feel that a psychic is taking the place of God. A psychic gift is only a gift that should be used as a tool and often people need to understand that a psychic gift can lead someone in the right direction. A true psychic gift can make someone feel as though they are learning to understand someone a whole lot better. When this happens, a person can only become more open to the fact that a psychic reading can become beneficial to their lives. A psychic knows that a person that is having trouble understanding the psychic reading must always tell them that they don’t understand what they are talking about. Many people do not understand where a psychic is headed because they are usually so obsessed with the idea that they are going to be going in the right direction. You have to understand that sometimes a psychic reading is meant to put someone in a proper direction only temporarily. We have to learn how to examine our own inner spirit to be able to understand where we are headed in life and where we may be going each and every day. It’s always necessary to give God first place in your life and to ask him to show you the way. We need to refocus our attention on where God may be taking us in the future and we have to understand that sometimes we cannot see where our life is headed. We must understand that we have to be obedient to where God may be taking us in the future and we must open our hearts to the understanding of our own direction.

Bake Healthy Dog Treats at Home

Nowadays, with all the pet food recalls, you must be careful what you feed your beloved pet. Dogs are part of the family and should be cared for just like you would care for your children. Baking your own dog treats is a sure way to be safe with what you are feeding your dog. You’ll know exactly what is in the treat and you can customize the ingredients to suit your dogs special needs.

Feed Your Dog Treats That Are Healthy & Made With Love! The best way to do this is to browse book stores or even pet stores and find recipe books geared toward our best friend.

I have been baking my own healthy dog treats for over six years and I have found that it is more economical than buying store bought. The instructions for each recipe is simple to follow and the ingredients are easy to find, in fact you probably already have most in your kitchen.

You can easily find recipes for treats that will give your dog whiter healthier teeth to biscuits that keep your dog free from fleas, plus many more.

Please be aware that not all human food is good for your dog. I have included a list of what I consider to be the top ten foods that could seriously harm your dog.

1. Chocolate, coffee, tea, and other caffeine: Can be toxic and affect the heart and nervous system.

2. Citrus oil extracts: Can cause severe vomiting.

3. Grapes and raisins: Can cause damage to the kidneys.

4. Macadamia nuts: Can affect the digestive and nervous systems and muscles.

5. Onions (raw, cooked, or powder): Can damage red blood cells and cause anemia.

6. Mushrooms: Contains toxins, which can affect multiple systems, resulting in shock, which may cause death.

7. Yeast dough: Can expand in the digestive system producing gas, causing pain and possible rupture of stomach or small intestines.

8. Sugary foods: Can lead to obesity, dental problems, and possibly diabetes mellitus.

The last two I don’t think you would knowingly feed to your dog, but accidents do happen.

9. Tobacco, Marijuana: Can affect the digestive and nervous systems, causing vomiting, rapid heart beat, collapse, coma, and death.

10. Alcohol: Can cause intoxication, coma, and death.

Remember that a happy dog is a healthy dog so treat them well and they will treat you well in return.

Create a Forex Strategy That Will Provide Massive Returns

Forex is a foreign-exchange currency market, where investors from all over the world buy and sell different currency pairs. The development of the Internet and computer programs have made it possible for people from all over the world to enter this multi-billion dollar market. But, most of them get caught up by the system. Start-ups with as much as $250 in their account are highly-likely to fail. If you want to invest in this market, you need a strategy. The goal behind a Forex trading strategy is to provide profit for the investor. The whole scheme is based on the idea of buying a given currency when it’s undervalued and exchange it for another currency of normal or higher value. The difference will be your profit. This is a very simple strategy, but brings out the main idea of FX strategies.

No matter what type of strategy you apply, always remember that the chances of loosing are as real as the chances of winning. Be prepared to loose those money, but at the same time, do your best to be on the receiving end. Your strategy must be based on accurate and thorough studies of the market, up-to-date financial tools and information.

The big corporations that deal on the Forex market are able to make constant profits, because their strategies are made by professionals that have extensively researched the market, have special education and years of experience. Watch what large traders do and try to get some advices from them regarding the strategies available to you.

A Forex trading strategy must be influenced by the current economical and political news, situations and factors. You must follow the government issued reports, political news from all around the world, and economic trends in order to forecast the moves of the different currencies. Other strategies can be based on mathematical analysis of the forex charts for a given currency pair. The best idea is to combine both methods but no matter how good a given strategy is, unexpected events will always occur at one moment or another. Remember that it’s not the events the drive the market, but the anticipation of those events.

This is a two-sided market, as there are always two currencies that are involved, two different countries. It’s the news about those countries that make the difference. The goal when investing in currency is to be holding a currency that increases in value relative to another currency.

Top 5 Strategies to Improve OTC Payment Performance With Electronic Medical Billing Software

For many practices, the proportion of over-the-counter (OTC) payments has recently grown from an average of 15% to as high as 75% of total payments. Systematic OTC collections, including measurable process that emphasizes upfront collections, often yield double-digit billing performance improvement. Most importantly, a disciplined and transparent collections process improves provider-patient communications, while early payment collections are also quicker and easier. Better communications and happier patients mean better health and more profitable practice.

OTC payments include copays, fees for non-covered elective services or retail products, and any outstanding balances. Successful collections of OTC payments require measurable collections process, specialized information technology infrastructure, adequate personnel training, and discipline.

OTC payment collection performance and costs greatly depend on elapsed time between service and payment. Collections performance dependence on collections timing stems from the dynamic nature of price-value relation: initially, perception of value received is high in the patient’s mind. Similarly, correlation between value and price is also high. However, OTC payment collections grows more difficult in step with fading memory of service benefit.

Systematic measurement of OTC payment quality is critical for its performance improvement. Vericle’s OTC payment quality metrics include the percent of accounts receivable beyond 120 days and the time spent on collecting on old account balances. While the national average of the first metric hovers around 18%, some practices have accumulated as much as 50% of their accounts receivable beyond 120 days. The second metric measures the front-office collections efficiency and it too varies widely between few hours per month to double digit hours per week spent by front office personnel chasing unpaid OTC invoices.

According to Vericle experience, the following systematic and measurable payment collections process leverages electronic medical billing software and establishes the discipline required for double-digit billing collections improvement:

  1. Publish your payment collections policy and standard responses to typical patient’s objections.

  2. Clarify patient statement generated by your electronic medical billing software:
    1. Make outstanding balance easily identifiable.
    2. Add specific statement about the time period expected for balance payment (typically upon service or product delivery).
    3. Include phone number to call for patient questions.
  3. Use electronic medical billing software to
    1. Test patient’s eligibility and coverage. The results of such a test define patient’s copay prior to her arrival to the clinic.
    2. Generate front office alerts about impending patient visit with unpaid OTC balance.
  4. Train clinic physicians to direct patients to front-office staff to review financial statements.

  5. Train your front office to collect OTC payments:
    1. Hold your front office staff accountable by setting up specific and personal collection goals.
    2. Use electronic medical billing software to track individual front staff collections performance.
    3. Establish personal awards for accomplishing collections goals and periodically review personal collections performance.
    4. Train your office staff to receive electronic medical billing software alerts.
    5. Develop a payment collections script and rehearse it with front office staff to improve front-office staff-patient communications.

Successful OTC payment collections help patient relationship management and improve practice profitability. They require measurable collections process, specialized information technology infrastructure, and adequate personnel training and discipline.

How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying

Everybody wants to succeed in life but many of us are unwilling to really do what it takes to succeed. In fact, most people love to find ways to “succeed” with the most minimal effort required–hence the millions of dollars poured into the lottery each year. If you are reading this because you thought I’d give you some secrets to succeeding in life and business with little or no effort, well, I apologize for the deception, but that just doesn’t happen.

True success doesn’t come easily but requires patience, determination, hard work and sometimes even personal sacrifice. If you do want to succeed and are willing to put forth the effort, here are seven steps to success in business and in life.

  1. Grow Daily
Growth is essential to success. Nobody ever moved up without developing themselves personally and professionally. If you’re not willing to improve yourself physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually then you just won’t improve your present situation, whatever that may be.

  2. Value the Process
Success isn’t always about the destination. In fact, for many of us we will never be quite as successful as we would like. True success isn’t about the destination but rather the process that helps you grow and improve. It’s about the daily path that takes you from where you were yesterday to where you’ll be tomorrow. Stay on that path, continue to learn from the process and you’ll achieve a new measure of success every day.

  3. Don’t Wait for Inspiration
My writing professor in college told us that we should write daily and not wait for inspiration. This is so true in all areas of life. While inspiration is great when you got it, if we make a habit to wait for inspiration before doing anything then very little would get done. In fact I often find that my inspiration often comes after I start moving forward. Don’t wait for inspiration to strike, but strike inspiration by moving toward your destination!

  4. Be Willing to Pay Now
There is a saying that says you can pay now or pay later, but you will pay. Kids that don’t want to study in school today often pay a significant price later. There is an inflationary aspect to life, if you pay now you pay a lot less than if wait to pay later. And if you are willing to pay now, the rewards soon follow.

  5. Don’t Focus on Your Limitations
Everybody has limitations, but if you spend your time looking at what you can’t do, you’ll never find those things you can. Focus on your goals and do what it takes to reach them. Limitations may block the path but there is always a way around for those willing to look past them to the goal. The paths to success are much hard to find if you do nothing but focus on the limitation in front of you.

  6. Master Your Time
Time is the one constant in life. Everybody has the same amount of time each day and to be successful that time must be managed efficiently. Time can be wasted and poorly spent, or managed and mastered. Spend each hour of your day deliberately. Don’t let work, leisure, or other peoples problems master your time. Set aside time for everything that is important (including leisure,) but when the time for something is up then its up. You have other important things to do now.

  7. Trade Up, Not Down
You have to trade many things to succeed. Always make sure you come out ahead. In other words, don’t sacrifice family time to work more while still keeping your TV time. Trade out the lesser important stuff for the more important stuff.

Everybody has a different definition of success. For some it’s money, others its family, and still others it’s being able to retire in style. Your definition may be a combination of these and other things. But whatever success means to you, you have to achieve it deliberately. It won’t just happen. Set your goals and do what it takes to fulfill your dreams. Nobody else will do it for you, so succeed or fail in reaching your destination; it’s up to you.

Crisis Management

Learn to recognize potential problems before they threaten the survival of your business.

During the bleak days of the Depression, an aggressive politician from New York named Franklin Roosevelt made a bold promise that his administration would put “two chickens in every pot and a car in every garage.” As it turned out, this was one of the few times in history when a political exaggeration was actually an economic understatement.

Today, poultry is so inexpensive that it is the most common meat used in pet food. And the automobile has become such a fixture in the American home that owning just one is a handicap rather than a privilege. In fact, we have such an innate understanding of the internal combustion engine that most of us have a rough idea of how it works and why it sometimes doesn’t.

Unfortunately, many business people have not come quite as far since the Depression in their ability to discern what makes a company or organization work and what needs to be done to ensure its survival. There are basically nine “danger signals” that indicate the strength and viability of a business.

1. Declining gross income, combine with operating losses. In most instances, declining sales will not be targeted as a problem until operating losses deplete cash reserves. Normally, operating costs will remain high and not be adjusted as sales decline. This creates the operating losses that eat up cash reserves.

2. The absence of an operating plan to guide the company. Most managers do not use a carefully crafted planning procedure to create an ongoing validation system. It a planning document exists, it is often shelved and forgotten as day-to-day concerts take precedence over future goals. When this happens, management has little or nothing to measure itself against and is oblivious to hidden dangers.

3. Breakdown in communications between upper management and the labor force. Failure to communicate vertically creates a situation where upper management cannot identify conflicts that exist in the on-going operation of the organization.

4. Inadequate cash flow. The ability to generate cash flow is the key ingredient in a successful business operation. Without adequate cash flow, an organization is doomed to failure. While it is normal for most organizations to have seasonal fluctuations, balancing these adjustments is critical for the survival of any organization.

5. Inability to convert accounts receivable to cash promptly. The slow collection process of accounts receivable can be a danger signal that poor job of screening accounts and granting credit has taken place.

6. Inability to convert inventory to cash promptly. A slow down in inventory may signal a problem in the quality of products shipped.

7. Cash tied-up in nonproductive assets. Investing heavily in new office building, equipment and personnel without careful planning can be a nonproductive use of assets and can destroy a company.

8. Amounts owed to vendors. When an organization is unable to meet the payment terms of their vendors, not only does a serious cash-flow situation exist, the future credibility of the company is in doubt. Long-term business success depends on the goodwill a company is able to generate with its creditors.

9. Low employee morale. Most employees truly want their organization to be successful. When a company is without solid direction, morale declines and with it goes productivity.

The natural tendency of most managers is to ignore potential problems until their urgency demands attention. By systematically—preferably on a monthly basis—reviewing the corporate goals and evaluating how successfully these goals are being achieved, management will maintain the fiscal vitality of their company and eliminate the anxiety that comes from last-minute problem solving.

Avoiding Obsolete Inventory in Manufacturing - An ERP Solution

With all the hurdles placed before manufacturers today to compete in the global economy (governmental, competitive, environmental, etc.), the last thing a company needs is to do the sort of actions on its own that work against the operation. Yet, this happens everyday when excess or obsolete inventory write-offs occur. These costly supply-chain problems result in the unnecessary fraying of bottom-line profits due to wasted materials, wasted time, and wasted opportunities to move parts/products out of the shop before they reach the end of their usefulness for a customer. However, the cause for these manufacturing inefficiencies is quite common from shop to shop: Poor demand-management practices lead to poor inventory management. All too often, inventory managers lose track of those parts that are produced in excess and that remain in on-hand stock.

Typically, at the base of these inventory management problems is a general lack of knowledge or information of what and how much is in inventory at any given moment. In other words, there is not a complete system accuracy in inventory, and this inaccuracy, in turn, leads to mistakes on many levels—mistakes in purchasing, mistakes in production, mistakes in scheduling. To consistently reduce wasteful inventory excess and obsolescence, there must be an inventory management regimen that instantly shows real-time relationships between inventory purchases and demand variations, inventory locations, and greater cycle counting accuracies capable of rapid turnaround. Today, the best way to fulfill all of these inventory management goals is through the use of a fully integrated enterprise resource planning software system (ERP).

As it informs the notion of efficient inventory management, ERP software systems improve calculations for how much scrap you are producing or reducing, In addition, ERP will keep an ongoing tally of the raw material and finished parts that are on the shelves. For example, with a reoccurring job of 21 ordered parts, a manufacturer may produce an excess of 3 extra parts to allow for any scrap. If no pieces are scrapped and the 3 excess parts are placed in inventory after every job, then theoretically every seventh sales order from this customer would require no production at all—merely shipping all the accumulated excess parts that have been placed over time in inventory. This assumes, of course, that the inventory manager is fully aware of the excess parts existing in inventory—an easier thing said than done for many manufacturers who may be making hundreds of different parts each day or week.

This is where a fully integrated ERP system can work to the advantage of the manufacturer. At the touch of a button on a graphical user interface, the inventory manager can see if and how many excess items exist before production begins. In this way, excess inventory can be made available for order fulfillment and avoid languishing on shelves before they become obsolete through reasons such as engineering changes in the part. It is for this reason that ERP is a vital inventory management tool that contributes to not only more efficient operation of inventory departments, but also to the manufacturers bottom line.

Elliptial Trainers at Home

Elliptical trainers are probably the best deal in home fitness equipment. They are true cross trainers that work the upper and lower body. If you purchase a top of the line model that allows you to change the incline and shape of the stride you add a whole different set of muscles that are exercised in your workout. All this means purchasing an elliptical trainer is a very good investment. You save by buying only one fitness machine that does a complete body workout and you also save by not having to travel to the local fitness center hoping that a machine is available for use. If you have young children at home you also save not having to find a baby sitter as well.

When buying an elliptical trainer you can afford to spend more due to the savings. It is generally understood that buying a cheap elliptical machine is a poor investment. Low and mid level elliptical trainers that cost less than $1000.00 will have fewer features and have less reliability. Nothing is more frustrating than waiting for parts and repairs to fix your trainer. All the time you lose fitness and you lose money traveling to the local YMCA or fitness center to do your normal workouts. Even if you have a good extended warranty you still lose time and money. Many times it may take weeks to get the parts and then schedule the repair technician to fix your elliptical trainer.

Elliptical trainers costing $1200.00 or are better constructed and are more reliable. If you think this is a lot of money for an elliptical machine then you should consider the cost of membership at the local fitness center and the cost of travel to and from your gym. A good quality machine will pay for itself in about a year with these savings. It is easy to see why so many home owners are making the investment into a quality elliptical machine.

When adding an elliptical trainer to your home you should spend the time to fully research each model you are considering. Take the opportunity to test ride each machine at the dealers. Conduct a complete and intense workout for at least 30 minutes. Listen for rubbing, rattling or other unusual noise. Make sure the pedals are large enough to allow you to place your feet in a comfortable position. Probably even more important make sure the stride length fits you. A quality machine will have a relatively quiet and smooth operation. If the machine is shaky or feels even the slightest bit unstable you should cross it off your list. Talk to the technicians that fix and service elliptical trainers at your fitness center. Ask them what machine has the least amount of problems. They will know what works and what does not. Be sure to check on line customer reviews when doing your research. Always consider purchasing an extended warranty whenever purchasing a piece of fitness equipment. Most top of the line elliptical machines have good one year warranties but we recommend an extended warranty of at least a two and preferably 3 years.

Adding an elliptical trainer to your home is a good investment in your fitness and health. Buying quality will assure that you will have a long term return on that investment. Just like any other investment you must do a good job of researching your options.

How To Better Use a Map

Using a map scares some, befuddles some, and is easy for some. Don’t let one get the best of you. The more you use maps, the easier they become. Think of them as a picture taken from way up high. Names, lines, and other markings have been added to help you locate what you are looking for.

How do you figure out which way is which? Grab a map and follow along. Almost all maps have a compass marking showing true north. Usually, the sides of the map are aligned with true north towards the top and true south towards the bottom. The tops and bottoms run true east towards the right and true west towards the left. When you use a compass to orient the map to your actual field location, you must make an adjustment. Remember back to high school when that pesky teacher explained the magnetic north pole and the actual North Pole were not located at the same spot. You must make an adjustment. As an example, the Los Angeles area magnetic north is 14 degrees east of true north.

To align the compass, allow the compass to rest east of 360 degrees by 14 degrees. Turn the map so that the 360 and 180 degree marks parallel the sides of the map. When you are using a map in a vehicle, it may be easier to orient the map in the direction you are traveling. If you are traveling South, the map will be upside down. Reading it in this position is probably easier than trying to transpose right and left turns.

How do you estimate the distance from what you just passed to the next location on the map? On your map is a scale of miles. They vary, but a common one used by Atlas & Gazetteer maps is about ½ inch per mile. When traveling unknown roads, note the odometer reading at that last known location, then measure or estimate the number of miles to your next destination shown on the map. If there is no sign or marking, the odometer reading will help confirm your arrival. Remember, that roads seldom go in straight lines, so your distance will not be exact.

All this sounds complicated. Once you have tried it a few times, it becomes very easy. Give it a try.

An Atlas & Gazetteer is a topographic map book by state with lots of additional information. They will help you find much more than just a road map.
